Terms of Use

Updated: October 12, 2026. Contact: Candma@outlook.com. These terms are separate from the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The notebook

Candma lets you write down a container-candle batch, follow the stages you confirm, record a burn test, and keep a recipe for another pour. Figures in the app are calculated from the numbers you enter. They are notes for your own workshop.

Your judgment

Candma does not replace a scale, a supplier’s instructions, or your own judgment. You are responsible for the materials you use, the temperatures you use, and any candle you light. A fragrance percentage is a percentage of wax weight, based on what you enter. A supplier limit applies only when you have saved that limit. Candma does not set a universal safety limit for fragrance. You confirm each stage yourself. A reminder does not mark a stage complete.

Burn tests

During a burn test, you stay with the candle. The timer records time. It does not put the candle out. You end the test yourself. Candma does not promise that a candle will burn in a particular way.

Your records

Editing a recipe does not rewrite a batch you have already poured. You may delete a batch or a recipe inside the app.

Nectar

The first recipe you keep from a burn test does not use nectar. Each later keep uses 40 nectar. You can buy nectar inside Candma. Apple completes the purchase, and the nectar is added after that purchase finishes.

What Candma does not offer

Candma does not provide a public gallery. Do not use Candma for any unlawful purpose.
